All products on this site are shipped directly from the manufacturers. We need to coordinate all returns and refunds with the same manufacturer the item was shipped from. The individual return and refund policies vary by brand. We can only authorize returns and refunds based on their policies. Below you will find a list of the different brand policies and some general rules that pertain to all. The brand name of each product is listed at the bottom of each individual product page.
To complete your return, we require that you notify us at contact@dazzlerings.com as soon as possible to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and instructions on returning the items.
Filigranist Brand: 10 Days
Filigranist returns and refunds policy lasts 10 days. You must contact us within 10 days, or we can’t offer you a refund. Only items that are damaged, or the wrong item received will be refunded in full and offered free return shipping. Any other reason and eligibility will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This includes gift boxes and pouches. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the buyer will pay for return shipping for any reason other than damaged or wrong item received.
Returns for the wrong size ring ordered may be charged a restocking fee as well was the cost of return shipping. Please print out the ring size chart and measuring tool available on every page to make sure the correct size is ordered.
Controse Jewelry: 14 Days
You may return most new, unopened items with a full refund within 14 days. Free return shipping is provided only if the return is a result of an error such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

A Blonde and Her Bag: 14 Days
We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly accept an exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of you receiving your jewelry. Any items returned without previous approval or do not meet our standards & policies could be denied or subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer.
To exchange an item please contact the seller at: contact@dazzerlings.com with the subject line “Exchange Requested” followed by your order number. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day we receive the shipment for us to process the package. We will process the exchange within 10 business days after receiving the package. Exchanged merchandise must include packaging and tags.
The item(s) must be in new and unused condition to qualify. If your order arrives and is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement. Requests for replacement must be received within 5 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. You will be responsible for shipping the merchandise to us and we will cover the shipping the replacement. We must receive the defective pieces within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We only recommend USPS, UPS or Fedex when shipping exchanges, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Return items will need to go to various different warehouses for processing. To return your product, you will be sent instructions on where to send the items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be authorized if the respective brand allows. Contact us as soon as possible for more information. You may just get a refund if eligible and then you can simply reorder the items wanted.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
